Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form.

  Pack Your Pot

  Securely pack your Instant Pot in its original box, including the inner pot, lid, and power cord, then attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
